Hello I currently have this build. I live outside the US, thats why some prices are a little bit more expensive.

And was having a little trouble deciding a MOBO. My options are:
ASrock Z270 Extreme 4 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157743&cm_re=asrock_z270_extreme_4-_-13-157-743-_-Product
Gigabyte Ga-H270 Gaming 3 http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z270-Gaming-3-rev-10#kf
Gigabyte ga-Z270 Gaming 3 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128973&cm_re=gigabyte_ga_h270-_-13-128-973-_-Product

Was wondering which one was better. I may evnetually like to upgrade to an i7 if that matters. Those MOBOs are the ones that the best technological store in my country currently has in stock. Was wondering if they were good options, i am leaning more to buying the ASrock but the H270 looks interesting.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Get a B250 motherboard.
You overpaid for some parts there and it is poorly balanced, wish I could have given advice beforehand.
A good recommendation is the Gigabyte B250M DS3H or the Asus B250M-A, both are good, get whichever is cheaper.
No point getting a H270 or Z270 board with your i3.
If you plan to OC in the future with a 7700k, get a Z270 board, if not, stick with the B250.

Yeah, in some parts I overpaid like the case and psu bevause I had to buy them in my country and things are at least $20 more expenseiveive, and in some I included the amazon tax.
Yeah I shouldve asked before to get better answers, but I guess those are first timers mistakes.

I was looking for mobos in my country and they have the gigabyte ga-b250-hd3, asus prime b250m-a and the gigabyte that you mencioned.
The ga-b250-hd3 is $107, asus prime $99 and the b250m is $85

I was leaning more into the $107 but I think ill buy the cheapest ond
