Help diagnose a problem

Ok I am able to play games like cod on my pc. I have a fx 8350 and a asrock 970.
I experience times were my computer freezes and it didnt used to be like that. I dont have viruses as i only game on this pc. I liquid cooler the cpu and it usually runs at 8c. Is it the motherboard or cpu?

Could be the CPU, or even the RAM. It's really hard to tell. You can try to run some stress tests to see what is killing. And why are you saying tyhe GPU is having issues?

When was it good with no freezes?
What has changed?
