Question Help! Display goes black whenever i touch cabinet

Help! Display goes black not monitor, whenever I touch or even tap with my finger on cabinet. Monitor light is on same for cpu it just goes black for 2-3 secs then comes back normal

Do you get a static shock at all? Could be a short somewhere, make sure the PSU is properly connected and that the MB has been installed on all correct standoffs.
Does the CPU LED come on all the time or only during the black monitor?

No shock and CPU LED is on all the time. its a 6th month old pc this problem just started happening

What changed between now and six months ago? Find the answer to that and you'll solve your problem.

CAN drivers cause this problem?

I suspect it's more like a grounding or short somewhere with the case and internal components. My first step would be to look for metal touching metal somewhere.
Examples i've ran across:

1. Upon installing a motherboard and I/O shield, one of the metal clips from the I/O shield inserted into my LAN port on the motherboard when installing.
2. Not installing enough or case stand offs propperly.

I'd also consider swapping out the power supply to see if this resolves the issue.

CAN drivers cause this problem?

No.
Drivers can cause black screens etc. But drivers can't cause black screens that occur when you simply touch the case, that's a physical issue. As I stated originally and has been mentioned again, it sooner sounds like a grounding/power issue of some kind.
