HELP! Do you approve this system??

Hello there,

I am about to create a new system cause my previous one has almost completed a decade plus it has presented some motherboard issues that clearly affect everything but even more my Ram.

I'm thinking of buying the following hardware in order to create my system.Please take a look..I would appreciate your opinion.In addition keep in mind that I need the system for both gaming and business projects.

1) (CPU) Intel Core i7-8700K (LGA 1151,3.70MHz, 12MB)

2) Corsair Series 780T Black Full-Tower

3) (Motherboard) Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 (LGA1151, Z370, DDR4)

4) (RAM) HyperX DDR4 Predator 16GB 3000MHz

5) (VGA) Nvidia Gigabyte GTX 1070 Ti / ASUS ROG Strix GeForce® GTX 1070 (I'm between them)

6) Solid State Drive (SSD) SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 1T

7) (PSU) CORSAIR HX 850i Fully MODULAR 80+ PLATINUM

Any changes of unnecessarily high price parts, that might lower the budget needed for this system are very welcomed.
