Hey all,
So a few days ago I bought all the parts for a gaming rig. And now no matter what I do 8 get this error and sometimes even just windows 10 will freeze up and shut down "video scheduler error". Help!!!

All brand new parts:
Gigabyte b450 m d3sh motherboard
(Bios is latest f4)
Ryzen 5 2600 processor
Evga gtx 1660ti
2x8gb corsair veangence lpx ddr4 ram
Corsair rm850x power supply
Windows 10 pro.

I have tried fresh windows multiple times both of the available drivers for this card fresh many times and updating direct x many times fresh. All windows updates are fresh. I'm stumped!! Please help

Solution
What do you mean yoiu refreshed drivers?

Questions I have

Did you download drivers for the Evga website or use the Disc with the graphics card?

Did you install drivers from the gigabyte webdsite driver page for the motherboard? link to drivers for GPU and for the motherboard below

https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-rev-10#support-dl

Note for above drivers check your windows build version it should be 1809 or 17763. some drivers on the link only for 1809 win10 only.

GPU

https://www.geforce.com/drivers

Click the search than downlaod the driver listed.

Solution
I am not a fan of applications like nvidia experience myself. Here is my suggestion

Remove the current all the drivers for the GeForce and the nvidia experience.

Use the uninstallers for the Nv driver and the experience than use the DDU.

Download DDU run it might have to boot into safe mode to really remove all the files.

Go to the link I posted yesterday and download the driver for your GeForce and install.

I just did another clean format and install of windows 10 1809 build. Only installed the chipset drivers for mobo and GPU drivers manually from evga and ran windows updates. Still getting the same error when running games.
