Help! Equalify Virus?

I downloaded something on my Desktop for Spotify called Equalify, it downloaded but i didn't realize you had to pay for it to be able to log in and use it..., when i downloaded it a virus notification poped up, and when i open up spotify now a menu appears in the screen saying "Log into Equalify" i click cancel and loads of messages come up and then im able to play, so i go to uninstall Equalify and it doesnt let me so i delete the folder but its still on there! i also deleted spotify but for some reason i can still open it and that box appears, when i try to re download spotify it says "Cant install as program is already being used by another application!" HELP i dont want this Equalify anymore and i just want to have spotify back to normal but i cant get rid of it?!

Also download and run malwarebytes antimalware, just in case you have been infected with something else.
