[Help] EXCEL 2016 Showing black stripes and boxes

Hello,

So, whenever I open excel or an excel file it looks like this.

I have never seen this, so I have no idea how I can fix this
Hopefully someone understands what is going on.

My thought is that Excel is corrupted.

Reinstall Excel.

Load a copy of some spreadsheet from backup and see if all is well.
