[Help!!]Extreme Overclocking on AMDs FX-8350

I am wanting to fix up my fx-8350 with A VERY nice cooler so I can overclock that thing like crazy.. I prefer the water cooling over that huge noctua famed nh-d14 so what would be a good water cooler for the cpu only?

Also, i have a CONSAIR 750 Bronze Efficiency, and I want to make sure I have enough room left for an overclock of up to 5.2 Ghz, of course I don't plan on making that my default clock I just want it to be able to shoot up to that maximum. So I will list my current build down below.. I ask that someone get an accurate amount of wattage it already uses.. and how much I can overclock up to with my current PSU..

Also verify with me if my case will take the suggested cooler

swiftech h220 ftw best one to overclock an fx 8350 to 5ghz and maybe even beyond but without the low noise adapter
