Help Factory Restoring windows 10

Hello i have been trying to factory reset my pc and whenever i try it the computer resets then brings me to a screen that says "Asus" and under that "preparing" and it will just sit there. I have let it run for a couple of hours before and nothing has happened. Anyway to fix this?

this is the pc i have except it has 8gb of ram and a 950 not a 960

Try doing a clean install of Windows 10 instead.

I have a windows 10 disc that they gave me would that do anything? Also my pc is already windows 10 is that a problem?
