Okay, for about four years I've had my pc, and had no major issues.

The last year I've had the occasional freezing where the whole system locks up and the only thing I can do is hear audio that was previously playing. Then this last Friday I had the pc suddenly lose power. At least that's what I thought it looked like.

I figured it could be overheating cause after a little while I could launch and get back to windows. Then started monitoring the temp of my cpu and gpu, and it happened again while under low temp and light loads.

So then I figured a power problem. I hooked up a friend power supply to test if that was the issue and it seemingly was because the pc had remained on for forty-ish minutes before we called it good and decided that was the issue. While initially trying to figure out the issue before testing the psu the computer would try to boot up and immediately lose power or turn off, and then try again and again and again.

So, I went and got a new psu plugged it in and the pc seemed fine. Got back home, hooked it up and the pc resumed the same problem plus another. It launched straight into the bios and couldn't find a bookable disk. I enabled CSM and switched to UEFI later which solved that issue, but the pc still wanted to shut down randomly and had booting issues.

So I figured it could be ram or something else. I tested each ram stick and some got my to the bios again, and some still had boot issues but with this particular issue I found it had to narrow if it was ram.

So, I changed the CMOS battery, really cleaned the pc up of dust to combat heat if that was it, and I changed the thermal paste on my cpu. After all that I set it back up and the things was working.

It was good Sunday afternoon, all day Monday, and then tuesday(today) morning it randomly shut down again. So I shut the power off on it and can only think it's the MoBo at this point or software. I also updated the bios.

ive had random shutdowns before that was caused by a faulty power button, does it shut down instantly like if someone pulled the cord?, since you mentioned that the problem starts when you return home, are you using a surge protector, power splitter or an extension cord?

Surge protected strip, and yes like someone pulled the cord. Then boots up again and shuts right down.
just to be clear, does this problem happen outside your home?, because you said that you came home after installing and testing your new PSU somewhere else, and the problem returned, try moving the system to another socket in your home without the surge protector.
