Is there anyway I can save money on buying less expensive parts so I have enough money to buy Windows 7?

Not really saving you money, just making the build feasible here. With the Hyper 212 Evo, you'll need lower profile RAM. Try this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233366
