Help find PC choke point

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to figure out why my PC is running so poorly. It received a score of 3413 on Time Spy 3dmark.

Here are my specs:

CPU: FX-6300
CPU Cooler: H80i v2
Motherboard: M5A97 EVO
RAM: 1 x 2gb DDR3-1600mhz, 2 x 2gb DDR3-1333mhz, Total 6gb
SSD: Adata SP920 256gb
HDDs: 2 x Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500gb
PSU: Corsair VS650
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400

I'm not really sure why my PC is running this slowly, benchmarks online show much better scores.

Sorry, It's the Sapphire RX 470 Nitro+ 8gb.

Your score doesn't seem that much slower than what's been reported in review benchmarks, i'd guess the reduction in points would likely due to the slower CPU . Also do you have Async enabled? That seems to net a few hundred extra points

How do you enable Async?

I'm not quite sure since i don't run that benchmark but there should be an option in the program to turn it on or off.
