I have a prebuilt computer (http://store.hp.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/us/en/pdp/desktops/hp-envy-700xt-windows-7-desktop--f9a62av-aba-1) and I wanted to upgrade the graphics card to run some games better (namely CS:GO at the moment). Can anyone recommend me one for under 200$ that will be compatible with what I have?

Thanks

the best that psu will be able to run would be a 750ti and that might be pushing it. a psu and gpu upgrade would be the best thing for you to get a true performance increase. something like this would be around your $200 budget. it's a solid psu and a cool and quiet gpu.

something like this would be a great upgrade from what you have now and...
you need to check out your psu before deciding what you can and can't run. prebuilt's usually have very low psu's and you will be limited to what it can support unless you wish to upgrade it too.

open the case and look at the power supply. your looking at both total watts and more importantly the amps on the 12 v rail. this is what truly says what you can and can't run.

post this and we can start making suggestions.

i found a review that says it has 460w psu but can't find any specs on it. need to know the 12v amps

103W max, Maw power 300W @ 25 degrees C and 260W @ 50 degrees C

something like this would be a great upgrade from what you have now and not break the bank.
