Question Help finding TVS Diode on Seagate Firecuda?

I made the mistake of using my old PSUs cables when changing out my PSU and think I may have overvolted my HDD.

I’m hoping I can get it to atleast spin so I can image the data off it. Ive read that in cases like this it could just be the tvs diode that is affected and I should be able to get it to spin (albiet without overvolt protection) if I remove the diode? Am I correct?

Im also not sure which of these components is the diode.

The 5V diode is the horizontally oriented component marked "AE" with the Littelfuse logo. Also check the two zero-ohm resistors marked "0".

The 12V diode is the vertical component to the right of the 1R0 inductor. It also has zero-ohm resistors near the SATA power connector.

Here is a similar PCB ...

Thanks! I checked with a multimeter and it looks like irs the 5V that has shorted since measuring both V and ohms the diode reads 0. Im unsure of testing the 0 ohm resistors though. It also seems like the 2 0 ohm resistors near the 5V diode are also bad since when I test it with the voltmeter they both read 0.
I guess the plan of action would be to remove the 5V and short the two resistors
