Help for building new desktop pc

Hello all,I am new here and i want some help..I want to build a new desktop pc part to part..First of all i chose this cpu : http://ark.intel.com/products/80811/Intel-Core-i5-4690K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz
I met some difficulties on the choice of motherboard..don't know which motherboard to buy and if the graphics card is onboard or not..i want to have usb3,hdmi..an optical drive..1 ssd and 1 hdd and 8gb ram..the pc i want to build must be a pc that can play games,work with "heavy" programs..if any understood what i want please give me some help..thank you in advance!!

yeah i love the looks of the corsair 730t the phantom ive had not bad case but not something to rave about. look into the phantek enthoo pro. its a good case amazing features for the price. but from the list of three i would choose the corsair 730t its the one i like the most ( out of the three) but go with the case you like.
