Help for building new PC

I am building a new PC. Here are the configurations. Please have a look at them and help me out on what is better and what I should do.
Processor : core i7 4930k
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV extreme Black edition
Cabinet: Cooler master COSMOS SE (I need an ultra tower for upgrading the pc in the future)
Graphic card : Zotac Nvidia gtx 780ti 3gb
RAMS: 16gb (please help me out here for the best one)
CPU Cooler : Corsair H100i
PSU: Seasonic M12II 850watt modular psu
HDD: Samsung 840pro primary SSD
Seagate barracuda 1tb(7200rpm) secondary HDD

My budget is around Rs. 2.5 lakhs I live in India

the g-skill set in the first link is £100 GBP and would be fine in that mobo. i'm not sure what it would cost local to you, but google says '100 British Pound Sterling equals 9888.53 Indian Rupee'.
