[SOLVED] Help for dropping down CPU temprature R7 7700x

Oook. After 20 years I switched from Intel to AMD. Now, when I'm benchmarking I see the temp is going aroung 93-95 degrees at 1.400V Vcore
In bios I set up negative offset - 0.060V and temp are around 90 C and 1.355V Vcore

I dont have experience with Asus bios. All my life I used MSI.
Any help and suggestions are welcome.

Note: AIO is set up very well 100% and plastic cover is removed.
No background processes
Good case airflow [3 front fans intake, 1 rear exhaust]
Cables are checked
Thermal paste normally attached

R7 7700x
Aio Artcic Liquid Freezer II 360mm
Asus ROG Strix B650E-E WiFi
2x8Gb ddr5 6000MHz Kingston
CM V2 850W Gold

According to amd that’s how those are supposed to run. Basically any cooling you give to it, it’s supposed to attempt to clock higher to give better performance but stay around that 95 degree mark.

That's by design, specifically when all the cores are loaded up; the 'starting point' literally changes.

They said PBO enchancement level 3 could drop down up to 20 degrees with around 0.003% performance loss.

Anyone tried?

Oook. After 20 years I switched from Intel to AMD....

AMD made it perfectly clear to launch reviewers that the CPU will run up to 95C and it's designed to do that. Some people have improved temperature with PBO settings resulting in "acceptable" levels of performance degradation, but what's the point if it's designed to run at 95C.

There are some other things you can do with hardware...pretty drastic but also results in performance improvements that seem to be real.
