Are you in the U.S.? If so, you can get something better for $350.

**Make sure to get the BIOS update kit from AMD for this (it's free).

Cheers!

I made a few changes with a board that features overclocking, faster RAM, dual channel RAM, and a SSD for a boot drive. Still kept it at $350 and it is better than going with an old OptiPlex.

Good build if you want to overclock and don't plan on upgrading the system.

I intentionally used an A320 because we don't know if the OP knows how or intends to overclock if he does, though the 350 is the same price so your is better. I intentionally used 1x8GB stick instead of 2x4 so he wouldn't have to deal with selling the old memory if/when he wants to upgrade to 16GB.

Yep, you gotta make cuts when building a $350 gaming rig. But the 2200g will take a beating running in single channel because it needs as much bandwidth and speed as it can get because the iGPU has no VRAM.

Go with the AMD rig. Better gaming performance. Well done.
