1568 euro if calculate correctly ... ( the non "k" version of 7700 will be fine with stock cooler, also 275gb ssd to fit the 1080ti, You can lower the price by going in gtx 1080 )

The cooler in that list is overkill, since no OCing will be done with that chip, and a 250GB SSD should be plenty for OS, software and a few games.
I believe Ryzen will be a better fit too.

Yeah, top of the line parts.
You'd want a 4k monitor or 1440p 144hz monitor with that card, or at bare minimum a 1080p 144hz one.

Save up for a good monitor, or swap to this 1080 and get a decent 144hz monitor (Not the Asus GN246HL).
