Ive just taken the graphic card out of my old pc windows 10 and purchased a new one windows 10 can I put that in my new pc, there is room but unsure if I would damage it, dont forget am still a dummy at all this. Thanks

None of that info is useful, need actual specs of the parts, brands and models. What video card is it, what is the motherboard brand/model, power supply brand model, case size/model. Is it a pre-build PC, if it is, what model?
The "video card" you listed is not a video card, it's a stick of RAM.
I award you 1 point for the effort mascotty02. There's a program called Speccy which you can use to get most necessary info on your computer. For the power supply you will need to open the case and look at the label on the power supply to get the info.
