I am currently having an issue with the fans on my GTX 760 SC,
I used to run the fans at around 80%-90% all the time back at my office (where I had other servers so noise was not a problem).
Now I took that PC home, so I could game on my new 4k 55" tv, so the noise was an issue, and it was then that I noticed that my fans are spinning at 100% all the time.
I cant set it on EVGA Precision OC, it shows 0 rpm, albeit they are running at full speed, nvidia inspector shows 43% but again they are obviously running at full speed.
I already used DDU, even removed the gpu and placed it again.
I think its a driver issue, because whenever I uninstall the driver, they wont spin like that, unti I install the driver, or whenever windows loads the driver.
