Help Hard Disk Error

I got a computer from my cousin and when i turn it on it says, hard disk not detected but i haven't touched it at all. It was working fine until the windows loading screen comes up after i turn it on and i mash buttons on my keyboard(for no reason) and i get an error and now windows wont load because i get an error that goes away to fast to read and then restarts.

No disk error means it's not working or it's cable or contacts are disconnected.
