Help high usage

Task manager - high usage of everything
100% cpu and 100% memory.
All incoming from 2 or 3 processes of task manager windows processes.
Even network usage was +70% with nothing to run!!
Help me what should I do???!

which OS?

generally the solution is run AV and adware programs to get rid of nasties.

if you have a forced pagefile size, it could be windows loading up a new data sheet of recent programs.

Oh indeed windoes update was running. However it lags hard in gsme cant play lol alone in custom and before i could until minutes 40 in teamfights....
Just some cleaned dust?

It happens even in the beginning of thr game,even alone in custom.
Just happened after cleaning pc of dust. I am thinking about USB Ports. Could be them? Fps are the same likely,sometimes it drops more than usual but still..

Full specs plus CPU and GPU usage as well as temperatures.

Idk how to tell you temps or usage. However the case feels cold. Cooler started making noises after claned though, not too much but still.
Specs: Amd athlon 220 2.80GHz
Geforce gtx 960 2gb
8 Ram
I dont think its about specs since it happened just after this clean.
Should I mention that a qualified person cleaned it and not me?
As a note btw the monitor wasn't recognized anymore in device manager (it was the generic one) and keyboard was hardly recognized and happened next day once. (Rr solved)
