Help how to remove this black thing on hdmi

Just grab it and pull.

Note that some of them are likely Displayport, not HDMI.

Can't pull it do I need to remove the screw below ?

Itll come out. Use pliers if you dont want to open the case and loosen the GPU from the inside to move it a few mm. The plastic plugs are being caught up.
