Help! I don't know whats happening to my graphics card

I think my graphics card might be busted. I recently built a computer last week and just now I had to go into it to fix the heat sink for my CPU because it stopped working. I managed to fix that but when I closed it back up I noticed that my graphics card was out of control

I started seeing graphics like this everywhere

And when I would try to navigate my monitor would frequently go black. I tested youtube and my monitor continually kept blacking out. What do I do?

Err, I don't see anything wrong with the picture you posted. If the screen shows problems but the screen capture graphic does not, you may need to use a camera.

Or is the problem in that picture and I missed it?

Now that I'm looking at it, you didn't miss anything, It turns out that I didn't have my monitor plugged into my GPU correctly and that's what caused those problems. Sorry to waste your time guys
