Help, I have to run everything as administrator

Some functions in the programs that I use can't function well unless I run them as administrator. Like I can't launch a game with Steam, import clips in Sony Vegas, or launch Dropbox unless I run all of them in administrator. It's weird because before, I just need to double-click on my programs and they're okay.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on an Acer 4738. I only have one account on this laptop which is an administrator
