Help. I screwed with some system files and now I can't undo it.

I tried moving the documents and video folders into a second hard drive and instead I made the hard drive into the video and document folders, so now they are somehow linked. I wiped the partition and they still were linked. I am thinking of doing a system reset to fix it. Is there any other way?

System restore to a time before you did this should fix things, give that a shot.

A restore point or other backup from before you did this.

I tried but I couldn't find a restore point

btw I do know how to do it, just the first time I didn't create a new folder in the target drive and moved it to the target drive turning the drive into the folder
