Help! i7 3770k execeeding stock speed

Hi all! i got a 3770k paired with a asus z77 mobo and i noticed that is reaching 4.2 ghz on full load on all 4 cores. i never touched the bios settings , the core voltage is 1.128 v when is on full throttle, i know this processor uses turbo boost but i think is only 1 core that reaches 3.9 ghz so i wanted to ask if this is normal, also the temps are fine (77c max) .

In task manager? That doesn't provide the right values for some reason in windows 10. Don't worry about it!

I solved the problem, the thing was that the bios(asus p8z77m-pro) was automatically loading the optimized settings as default so the cpu was overclocked, now its fine running at stock speeds
