help identifying a small PCB I found?

Well, earlier I found a small PCB that looks like it plugs into a motherboard, but I can't find anything about it.
The first and largest chip on it is a Hynix KOR
HY27US08281A
TPCB 744A
M7SB0408QJ4

The next one is pretty small

On the left hand side of the PCB, it has a large 15, and on the right side it has REF1829A
Its about 1 and 3/4 inches tall and an inch wide. Standard green PCB.
It has 8 connectors on each side, and after the first 3 there is a small gap. Kinda like a stick of ram. Then 3 more then a blank space and then the last 2.

What kind of system is it in? The first number HY27US08281A googles as a memory chip. "Gatecrasher PRO Rawscience" comes up with results for PS2 memory modules.

I didn't find it in a system. I do and it next to my dryer on the floor. Turns out my girlfriends little brother got mad at her and threw her ps2 memory card, which broke open. She had kh1&2 100% on there. So she's kinda pissed now too...

surprised that post was edited. as far as i know the devices are legal and it was just a description of the said item.
