Hello everyone,

First of all thank you in forehand for taking the time to read though my post and helping.

So I recently brought 70 Inches 4K TV and I'm having a problem with it.

One being if I choose 4K at 60 Hz it accepts it but then once you apply it jumps down to 4K 59Hz.

The bigger issue here is that I can't select YCbCr444 or RGB. Only YcbCr420. Anyone know what the cause might be?

I'm pretty confident it isn't do to the cable since I brought this one recently and AFAIK the TV does support 4K@60Hz 4:4:4/RGB.

My second issue is that, if in the menu from the TV I turn on "HDMI UHD Color" I get "No Source" from my computer. Even if i change it back to off, I have to manually turn off the computer and then back on to get a signal. Any ideas?

Thank you all in advance,
Sincerely,
Carlos

Edit: I do get 4:4:4 / RGB at 1080p@60Hz and 4K@30Hz.
Edit 2: Forgot to say. My computer is a i5 6000k, 16GB RAM with a MSI GTX 1070. Running Windows 10 x64.

Checked both. HDMI is on the HDMI 1 Channel marked as HDMI / DVI and I've replaced both the type and name of the HDMI port to "PC" still to nothing.

Sadly I only have 10m cables. I do have a 5m cable but it is only HDMI 1.4.

I read the full thread and I ordered a DVI-D to HDMI Converter - people saying it's an issue with the GTX 10xx - and a 3m HDMI 2.0 Premium Certificated cable to try to pinpoint the issue.

Thank you for your answer

There is no such thing as a HDMI 1.4 or HDMI 2.0 cable mate.
A HDMI cable is a HDMI cable , the only difference between one & another will be internal cable quality itself

Try the 5m cable.

I've found assigning the input as PC on a lotbof sets actually has a negative effect & cuts down on available options.
I think your issue is entirely down to cable length & quality personally.

What I mean by only supporting 1.4 is that it has a maximum speed of 12 GB (I think) instead of the 18 GB recommended for the 4K@60Hz.

I tested that cable and I only get 4k@30Hz. Will have to wait till the new one arrive to test it out.
