Help I'm really stuck!!!

Hello, I have an HP G60 laptop with windows Vista that is acting very strange, when I hit the power button I can see the HP screen but almost immediately the computer enters the system configuration screen and goes nowhere after that. I don't know if my keyboard might be bad or stuck or what is really going on, if anyone can help me I'll appreciated very much. Thank you for your time...

Tried Safe mode ?

Well I really cant get into it, the computer jumps into the system configuration screen right away and I was noticing that on the bottom of the intro page it only gives me the option to select F1 to enter system system configuration but you know how most computers give you a couple of options at the bottom of the first screen like F8 or F12 but this one does not give me any of that to be able to start it on Safe mode or try to configure the system in any way...

Haven't found your particular issue, anywhere I have looked. And I assume you don't have the Vista CD to boot from, but have a friend that has same version ? Repair-Install would probably fix it.

You could run Magical Jelly Bean to get the key/CD info from your hard drive and contact Microsoft for a disk, but may have to pay....

Other things to try:
Shutdown - remove all USB devices - Startup.

Shutdown - Remove Battery - Startup a/c power only.
Shutdown - Startup Battery only.
