[SOLVED] HELP! I'm stuck here after new build.

I have recently built my new PC. my monitor is acer gh276hl which is 1920x1080 144hz. It has a HDMI, DVI, and VGA port at the back. I used DVI on my old PC.

My new GPU only has Display Port and HDMIs. the HDMI cable I am using only lets me use 1920x1080 at 60hz.

Is there any compromise/solution I can make? I've heard of a higher version of HDMI that supports 144hz but I don't know if I have it

Yes there are HDMI cables that support 144Hz your monitor might have came with a hdmi cable like that.

Plug it into the HDMI2 port on your monitor and then on your gpu and check again.

IF of course your monitor has a hdmi2 port, i cant find any information about this specific monitor online for some reason
