I press the button on the frame, which brings up a "Picture" menu. Good, but how do I ACCESS that Menu? My cursor keeps going behind it, not into it. I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!

Solution
There should be other buttons on the frame; probably an up/down, a select, and a back.

Your cursor has nothing to do with the menu; your PC can't talk to the monitor to control it.

Thank you for responding; I didn't realize that. On the frame I have arrows forward and back (right and left), and these buttons to press: an input, an auto, an E as in Explorer, and the Menu. At the top of the Menu is the brightness but I can't figure out how to get into the menu. Frustrating. Ah, I fiddled with it and (auto config was involved) got the brightness down to 77 instead of 97, so THAT is terrific!!! Thank you so much, Someone, Somewhere. Now, is there a way to get it down even further? I had operations on both eyes and can't do bright lights.

Someone, Somewhere, yes, okay, I got the brightness down to 44 by selecting the "text" brightness suggested. This is so much better for me. I am so glad I tried this and asked for help. I am not sure I am posting correctly as I have never done this before. With your support, I got the job done. Very pleased. Thank you so much!
