I've decided to upgrade my pc.

The components I've finalised are:
AMD FX8350
ASROCK 990FX Extreme 4
GSkill Ripjaws X 8GB
Corsair 600CXV2UK
Cooler Master Elite 311 plus
Sapphire 6570 1gb DDR3

What I want to know is if these would be enough to handle most of my requirements? My extent of multitasking would be watching a movie or playing a game while an antivirus scan is running, or maybe having upto 15-20 tabs open in opera, et al. I don't intend to do heavy gaming (justifying the cheap gfx card), but it'd be really great if I could run some of the newer games (eg. GTA IV, Batman AA, etc.) in at least medium settings without any lag. Also, I don't plan on OCing in the near future, at least till the time I've got enough money to buy a good aftermarket cooler. I've heard that the stock fan is really loud, but I'm serously broke and can't afford an aftermarket cooler, or at least one that is good enough for OCing. (I've heard that FX 8350 needs a really good aftermarket cooler for some serious OCing).
What are your thoughts? Anything I need to change? I really want my new build to run without any issues. It being sluggish is really unacceptable.
Please reply ASAP.

Id swap the graphics for a 7770

and the processor for a 8320
easily OCéd to 8350 speeds and beyond

and the mb for an ASUS m5A97 R2.0
you dont need two graphics card ever so a board with a 970 chipset is smart

make sure the RAM is a 2 x4 gig kit

Actually, I needed a mobo with Front USB 3 headers, and the 990 fx was the cheapest mobo I could filnd that provided this.
Wouldn't the HD 6570(or 6670) suffice for the games I mentioned? Also, the only PD processor I could find in my area was the 8350. My initial gut was to go with the 6300, but it isn't available 🙁 .
Why a 2x4 RAM. Whats wrong with a 1x8 GB kit?

2x 4gb allows for dual channel memory, something everyone uses. That sucks, the FX-6300 would've been a better buy for your budget. Almost all mobos have onboard usb 3.0 headers now. Getting a 970 chipset will save some money. The 6570 is the previous gen of gpu, it's smarter to get the 7000 series. The 7770 is a nice gpu for $100.

Dammit! The M5A97 R2 is also not available. Thinking of keeping the 990 fx, and buying an hd7750 (the powercolor one, as it is the only one I can afford). Would that be enough for my gaming needs?
