Help in building New PC

Hello guys how are you, I've a simple and age old question i want to make my build from scrap, I'm in a fix between should i choose intel or AMD, Nvidia or Amd etc etc. I want to play Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Crysis 3 on 1080p in High/Ultra graphics. My budget is ~500 USD. Please suggest me the parts and also please while giving me suggestion keep in mind that i want a price point where i get better rendering and gaming. Some one told me that i should wait for AMD 7850K Kaveri and get an AMD Card, I myself watched the CES 2014 and Kaveri seemed promising. I don't need optical drive and OS because i already have them. I really appericiate your effort n time.

for 500 USD you are very unlikely to get a build that can play 1080p High/Ultra, especially on Crysis 3 or BF4.

Yea for 500$ intel build is not happening, AMD build can be done but it's not going to play crysis or BF 4 anywhere near max.

If you want to play crysis 3 above medium/high settings you can look at spending 500-700$ on a graphics card to start with.

I think you need to save about 1000 USD, then come back and post again. Sorry... Your $500 USD would be about enough for a graphics card that can play BF4 on Ultra, but you'd have no money left for CPU/MB/PSU and so on 🙁

You do not need $500 for BF4. A R9-270 is sufficient for BF4 at max settings 1080p.

Like aevm said, you can start around 1000$ USD for a system capable of high settings and 1080p.

For a 720p system, not including the monitor, you could probably get something fast enough for around 750$.

As you said you want to play on high to ultra. You could not do it with 500USD. So there you go with 635. Also i added the cooler because you probably would want to OC it to 4GHz and get a better performance.

That could get up to 50 fps on high (BF4, 1080p), if you overclock the CPU. Even better in Crysis 3.

Careful with that case. That one comes with a single fan. Don't even think about overclocking until you add more fans.

You are not going to get good fps even on medium. Better save some more money and build the PC i told you. Also you could pick the 8320 for the same price and play it better.

Don't buy that 7870 off your friend, you can get a brand new 7870 GHz edition for $205.
