Help in choosing GPU

I need help choosing which graphics card to buy. These are my only choices here in my country. I have a 500w Silverstone PSU. Prices are converted to USD.

Palit GTX 1060 6GB Dual Fan = $270
XFX RX 480 GTR Black Edition 8GB = $300
XFX RX 470 Black Edition 4GB = $220
Sapphire Nitro+ OC RX 470 8GB = $240

I've been having a really hard time choosing so would really appreciate the help.

I'm on my phone otherwise I'd do GPUboss comparisons. Plug them in pairs into gpuboss and see which one rates the highest for your needs. It shows the pros and cons of each.

Side note I'd just say go with the 1060 but that's me.

Edit: matter of fact the 1060 rates higher than those.
