Help in knowing what powersupply i'll need

So i've being with the kaveri build for a while now and i'm gonna buy a r7 260x now, i have a 450watt powersupply and will that do fine or do i have to buy another one? I've read for example in new egg reviews of customer that have bought the card, that they didn't have to upgrade from a 450 watt powersupply.

It will do fine. What is the rest of your build?

450W is plenty for that card. But it's equally important that the PSU is supplying enough amps on the +12v rail. You'll want to have a recommended minimum of 19A. You can usually find this info on the sticker attached to the PSU itself.
