Question Help install win 10 on NVME please

Hi all , I got a odd problem , about a week ago I had a old b350 tomahawk board that died on me so I had to buy another board , so I ended up buying the x570 aorus pro board, now all I did was swap the nvme over to the new board and everything was fine, now this morning I wanted to do a fresh reinstall , every time I try to install on the nvme it fails , the drive is listed , windows make 4 partition's ,starts then gets to about 40% then give me BSOD or locks up , codes are Stop code Fat file system, and Pfn list corrupt. install on a ssd to a sata port is fine, when its install on the ssd windows see's the nmve fine. if anyone could help would be great thanks

this error means drive has corrupt data, since u creating new partitions, drive should be (on paper) empty, while new files creates during install....
i can think of only 2 reasons for this to happen:
RAM errors or corrupt drive
ram errors u can test with memtest
drive health u can check with SMART status crystal disk info

both of them are fine, I checked this, it only happends when installing on the nvme , installing on a ssd all works perfect , and i know the nvme is ok as it was working like 10 mins before I wanted to install fresh win 10 on it , and games are running fine off it was well at the moment....I just don't get it
