[SOLVED] help installing windows on my new machine

hey all, so recently got a new machine without windows, and i've used my macbook balenaetcher software to create a bootable usb drive, however i keep getting reboot and select proper media device. i have set the usb to primary boot on my h310m-ar2 asus bios but no luck. any help would be appreciated!
