Help!!! Internet not working

I have a windows 7 64 bit and when i boot my pc a blue circle appears at the minimized network icon and the circle is not spinning.
I can't access internet and when i start to fix something it doesn't allow me to go any where which is protected by administrator.

But in safe mode i can access everything and ofcourse internet as well.

if it works in safe mode then its a software issue

Well if you are not using free mcdonalds wfi.. the folder shud be located it

C:\Windows\System32

Just delete the folder "System32" so it reloads every file and resets the ip status.

You guys need to stop all that nonsense.

To OP: Have you tried resetting the modem? Shut down the PC, unplug the Ethernet cable and power off the modem for about 10-15 seconds, then reconnect everything and boot Windows. That should generate a new IP address. If it does not help, then try the troubleshooting tools in the control panel. Also, try system restore. If nothing else works, you may need to reinstall Windows.

A repair install is possible if you have the software DVD. I know I've done this before with Windows 8.1. I inserted the DVD, launched setup.exe, and installed Windows by keeping all my files, programs, and settings. All my programs and stuff remained intact, but I had to reinstall all Windows updates. It helped me fix an issue with some power options being unavailable earlier. I think the same thing works with Windows 7. Try google searching it and find out for sure.
