Help, I've just gone and replaced user folder!!!

Hey fellas,
I really need a hand... So I was trying to redirect my game save files in my documents which is on my ssd where windows 10 is installed on to my hard drive when I accidently replaced my user folder with the documents one, now all the files which were in my user folder are in the documents one as well as the games which were in the document file!!!
I tried to put it back but the two files seem to have merged !!!
How do I restore this, please help!!!!

you can try system restore. if you did a backup try that too.

In this order:
From the backup you made yesterday
From System Restore
Clean install
