So I had this PC for ~4 years and never had any problem gaming or running heavy programs. 1-2 weeks ago I noticed my games dropped fps from around 150 down to 40-60fps. It bounces up and down. The issues usually starts after 10-15 minutes of gaming and gradually increases in my opinion.
I've tried most solutions I could find. Lowering the graphics has no impact on the problem at all, reinstalling Windows 10 didn't help either.
The benchmark says there's problem with my RAM or CPU, so I scanned the RAM, no errors.

Here's my benchmark and hardware.

I don't really know what the problem could be and not sure what more info you might need, so please let me know if there's anything I need to add

open the case and look.
or take it to a shop
So I opened it up. Cleaned everything with air and checked the cooler. All seem to be fine, one tube has cool water, the other has medium hot water. Fan spins fine. I cleaned the thermal paste and reapplied new TM50 Corsair paste. It got the idle temp down to around 50-60C instead of 70-80. However, if I start a game I still get 90-100C.

Which one do you suggest?

Since your PC case has 160mm of CPU cooler clearance, options aren't that wide. Still, there are some, and good ones.

Here, i'd suggest Be Quiet! Dark Rock 4 (159.4mm tall),

It does come with 1 fan, but it also has clips for 2nd fan, so you can go push-pull, when needed.

Btw, i'm not fond with AIOs, hence why i'm suggesting air cooler. If you want to know why i'm not fond with AIOs (or water coolers in general), i can explain it further.

Phanteks Eclipse P400S case, 1x120mm in the back

The P400S comes with 2x 120mm fans pre-installed. One at the front, another at the back.

You say that you only have 1x 120mm fan at the back. I guess it's on the H60 rad. If so, where the other two 120mm fans go, that came with the PC case?

Also, my friend has the exact same setup, we bought them at the same time. And he has no problems like this. His core temp is at 20-30C on idle

There are loads of variables that are different:
  1. Do you both live in the same room? If not, your friend may have cooler room, while yours is hot like sauna.
  2. Your friend may have the extra 2x 120mm fans, that came with the PC case, in the case, actually cooling the PC. While you do not.
  3. Even two identical PCs will behave differently.
  4. If your PC is filled with dust, it will heat up more.
Etc.
