Help laptop screen freezing and changing colors please help. i have already tried to reinstall my graphic drivers didnt work

as i said in the title i have problems with my screen freezing and changing colors. if i have it connected to another screen its fine but the laptop screen keeps freezing.

This looks like a hardware problem somewhere, likely the screen itself or possibly the internal display cable.
