Question Help! Losing video after motherboard startup

Hello, so I've been having problems with my computer for about a year now and I'm just so frustrated. About the time I started having problem, my computer was turning off when I would start up a game. I would be able to get to the game start-up screen and then it would restart. It was the beginning of winter when this was happening. I watched the temps and everything was fine. After trying a bunch of things I finally took the video card out, put it back in then everything started working again. For about a month... Now the middle of spring, I've been having a different issue. Now when I boot up my computer it takes a fat minute for my boot up, beep, to sound off. After about 30 seconds, the motherboard logo will pop up with a loading bar and then my computer will say DVI no signal. Everytime. I don't know what to do.
