Trying to find a new video card for my Dell Dimension 4600C. It needs to be a low profile AGP 8x card, capable of running Windows 7. The Dell Dimension 4600C is a slim machine, so regular size cards won't fit.

I'm not sure whether or not this is capable of running Aero in Windows 7, but it's the best Low Profile AGP card that I can find right now.

HIS is a very respectable video card company, and the Radeon HD 4xxx series should be decent for what you're doing. Oh, and I see you have a duplicate of this thread, so I just flipped a coin and posted a response on this one.
Good luck with your card shopping. :)

I could be wrong, but it appears that the 4350 includes a set of mounting brackets that you can replace what comes standard on the card with. You'd need two expansion slots in order to be able to use the VGA-Out connector on it, but if you don't have that many or need a VGA port, then you could just unplug the VGA port cable from the card and leave it be. Maybe I missed what you're saying, but it appears that the brackets that it comes with should be able to fit in the back of your Dimension 4600C.

Hey Matt, thanks again for the note. I looked at the picture more closely again and I think you're right. I can simply take the VGA port off. I am ordering this card now! Thanks so much again for your response. You helped me out big time!
