Help me build a budged pc - 400Euro

Not really a question. More like a request.

Can you PC guys build me a PC?
MAX price 400 Euros.

Parts that i require
Motherboard
CPU -INTEL 6mb or more cache.
GPU -128bit or higher 2gb ram
RAM (4gb is enough)
new psu? (if 400W is not enough)

things i have.
a damn big case. (could be full ATX.. unsure)
PSU 400W

Country where ill buy : Latvia. - or from internet shops abroad (if cheaper)

Your requirements are very vague, what is the system for?
Intel CPU with just a cache amount does not say much.
Neither is a video card that only has the bus width and ram listed.

For games you will be tough pressed to find a system for the price, although it's doable if you are OK with low quality on new games.

This section has lots of info about builds in the sticky posts, including some suggested systems $500 and under for games http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/forum-31.html If not for games, look around the posts for systems in your price range, should be plenty there.

@ hang-the-9 the PC will be used by my friend.. he mostly plays flash games and such.. (the fish farm /aquarium and angry birds) not much of a gamer.. he wants for those "games" not to lag in fullscreen.

For a system that will play simple games, you can get an A10 CPU and not bother with a video card. http://pcpartpicker.com/b/W7jcCJ Since you have the case and power supply already, that will be a pretty cheap build, and adding in a video card in the future will allow for a speed boost if he wants to try some better games.
