So, I've had a so called "Gaming PC" but it was some Walmart brand thing, I ended up destroying the case somehow so I have some left over parts, The Motherboard, Graphic Card, Power Source, 4GBx2 Ram, Some Fans, And a memory thingy I don't know I'm not a computer wiz(Though it doesn't take a wiz to tell what the memory thing is I'm just lazy and its late at night.
I have a budget of $600, $800 MAX. I know that's not really a lot for a pc but I figure with some of my parts maybe I can make it work.(I'll list my owned parts when I figure out what they are) I'm really just looking for something reliable, 16GB Ram(I mainly mean a pc that can hold like 4 Ram slots if not more) i don't want lights or anything like that I just want a black box, That can be turned on and off. And lastly I want it to be able to run games like, No Man's Sky, Ark: Survival Evolved, DayZ, Rust, Dragon Age Inquisitor, Endless Legend, GRAV, Arma III, Life Is Fedual: Your Own, ect, ect... and stuff like this that actually looks smooth while you play ! I know I might be asking a lot for so little but its what I got! I'd appreciate any help thank you :)

The games you mentioned (especially ark) are badly optimized.
You will need at least 1070 to max it and have a decent framerate.
But a 1060/480 is all you need.

I don't really mean max, I cannot afford to spend Thousands on a graphic card alone. I just mean a decent frame rate, On my old PC I could barley run the lowest settings without stutters every other minute.

What do you recommend in the terms of these two any personally preferences.

Actually a gtx 950 can run those games on high with at least 45 fps but I suggest you get either a RX 470, RX 480, GTX 970 or GTX 1060.
That should be enough to max those games with decent framerates. Just get the one that's on sale or smth (their performance is similar you can just google the benchmarks)
Anyway have you figured the PC parts yet ?

I bought this like 3 Years ago, So I don't quite know if anything is useful.

4 Apevia fans.

Well you can still use the HDD and the CPU cooler (tho it's not that good but it's better than the stock cooler) but the PSU is crap I suggest you get a better one.

Recommendations ? I have no idea where to begin to look.
CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W 80 PLUS BRONZE Active PFC ATX12V & EPS12V Power Supply

You'll hear people saying that the corsair CX series is bad.
I had one myself (CX 600) and it broke months ago.
Seasonic makes decent PSUs. Go for it.
