I've had my current computer for almost two years now. I really want to upgrade but finding out what will do what I need it to do for what games, and what hardware is compatible with other hardware, is really intimidating since I'm new to building a computer myself. The computer I'm using now is a PC that is custom, but built for me by Ironside Computers.
My current specs are:
•Motherboard: AMD FM2 Chipset Motherboard
•CPU: AMD Athlon x4 760K 3.8GHz (Quad Core)
•RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866MHz
•Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 2GB
•Hard Drive: Two 3TB 7200 RPM
•Power Supply: 600 Watt Power Supply
I would guess I can keep my existing Hard Drives and potentially reuse the RAM but I'm not sure.
I need a build that can run games like; Battlefield 4, GTA 5, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, and other large titles that are known for needing a lot to run.
I would like to have an Intel and Nvidia set-up. (I'm not exactly looking for a "Budget PC" but obviously not something too ridiculously priced)
Also, something I was always unsure about, is if I could just get away with maybe just swapping a graphics card or something and being able to stick with what I have, though building an entire new machine sounds fun, and just sounds like it would be nicer.
Thanks for the help!
