This is my INFO:
Motherboard: FOXCONN 2A8C with chipset Intel G41 (Eaglelake) + ICH7
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 3GHz 2 cores
RAM: 2GB DDR3
Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce 210

This is my old PC and i want to suggest my upgrade.

I would personally throw in a 750 ti and two more gigs of ram (at least)
