Hi guys. My video card is R7 260x 2GB, CPU is FX 6300. I think I should upgrade my monitor (BenQ G2250) Maybe I will sell it, I don't know yet. I think that what I want is a monitor with an IPS Display and 1080p. I am not sure if I am going to need a monitor with 144 Hz or just 60, because I read that only very ''big" video cards can handle them(please explain). I am not from the UK or the USA, so not everything might be available in my country. Thanks! :)

There are plenty of nice 1080p 60hz IPS monitors out there which you can get for €200. 144hz monitors are nice for games but you are right you will need a bit stronger GPU to benefit from 144hz monitor. Besides those 144hz monitors have TN panels which means colours are not as nice as ISP panels have and also viewing angles are not that great compared to IPS.
Bear in mind there's not perfect monitor unless you pay over 1000+ for brands like EIZO or NEC.

The best would be if you could list yourself all IPS 1080p monitors which are available in your country and then we could narrow down the best option for you.

Well, actually the selection is big but not as big as in West Europe (I am from Bulgaria). We do have lots of options I just want to see what is good. :)
